We are one church with many locations and we are proud to be able to outfit our Manna Church Family all along, what we call, the Military Highway. Manna Merch supply is based out of Fayetteville, NC. We have partnered with the local business owners at Yellow Crayons to be able to bring you quality products and quick turnaround times, all at great prices. For additional details that may assist you in making your purchases, please read the information below.
SHIPPING:
All products ordered from this site will ship directly to the address you specify. Products ordered from this site are NOT shipped from, or available for pick up at any Manna Church location. Orders with subtotals over $75 qualify for free shipping. If you live in, or around the Fayetteville, NC area, you can forgo shipping cost and pick up your merch from the Yellow Crayons physical location (314 Hay Street). The average turnaround from the time of purchase, including shipping, is around 5-7 business days . You may experience delays on certain items due to the impact of Covid on inventory and shipping. Keep this in mind when placing your order.
RETURN POLICY:
Before looking to make a return, contact us at merch@manna.church before returning any products.
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense (with original receipt). Do not ship or bring products to any Manna Church location. Returns or exchanges must take place within the first 2 weeks of the time you receive your shipment, and must be unworn for return/exchange consideration.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered (for any reason) it would be handled at your expense by placing a new order. Manna Merch items are made to order. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges if you receive the size and product you ordered. Be sure to check your sizes, colors and quantities before confirming your order. If you purchase an item and a color and size is no longer available, you will be notified at the number you provided at checkout that your order may take longer to process or have the option to substitute with another color or item.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Here are best care practices given by Yellow Crayons:
Wash your Manna Merch garments inside out with similar colors in cold water ONLY. Wait at least two days before your first wash. If necessary, iron garments inside out on lower heat settings. Tumble dry on low heat or hang your garment out to dry to keep your Manna Merch looking like new. If choose to dry on high heat, your garments may experience a small bit of shrinkage and you may desire to order a size up. Avoid using bleach or any liquid fabric softeners. Never dry clean.
PRIVACY POLICY: Your information is only used for the purpose of fulfilling your order and is ONLY shared between Manna Church and the fulfillment center (Yellow Crayons). Your personal payment information is not seen by either party other than seeing you have paid for your order. Your information is not shared with any other parties.
