Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2 weeks of Multiply 2026 closing. You’ll get a tracking number by email when it goes out.
Where do you ship?
United States only. Five shipping zones based on your address — calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $100 (excludes AK/HI).
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, most orders arrive within a few business days depending on your zone. Tracking will give you an exact estimate.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it’s still missing 48 hours after the delivered scan, email merch@manna.church and we’ll work it out.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We can’t accept returns for ordering mistakes — please double-check your size before checkout.
What qualifies for a return?
Wrong size shipped, wrong color or product shipped, damage in transit, or quality issues like bad print, stitching defects, or material flaws.
What doesn’t qualify?
Customer ordering errors. If you meant to order XXL but selected XL, that’s not eligible for return. Sizing questions before you order? Email us — easier than processing a return after the fact.
How do I start a return?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item. Email merch@manna.church with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any damage. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid shipping label.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the returned item, refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow a few business days to show up on your statement.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, place a new order for what you want. If your original qualifies for a return under our policy above, follow the return steps for a refund on the first one.
